Mirabilite process is a mature technology, suitable for traditional methods, raw materials of barite and mirabilite, the by-product is sodium sulfide. The specific process is: the barite and pulverized coal are mixed in proportion, and then enter from the end of the baking furnace, and contact with high temperature air flow back flow 1100 ~ 1500 ℃ high temperature reduction reaction, the heat source required for the reaction is burning pulverized coal or heavy oil, making barium sulfide clinker (commonly known as black ash), after immersion settling and clarification, barium sulfide mass concentration is 130 ~ 160 g/L. At the same time, the barium sulfate wastewater (dilute sodium sulfide solution) was put into the nitrification tank and heated to more than 40 ℃ by steam engine. The mixer was started, and the salt salt was input into the tank and continued heating to 90 ℃. The samples were removed with sodium sulfide and the mass concentration of nitrification water was 1.2-1.22g /cm3, and then the nitrification water was kept warm and settled for use.

Reactivity: Precipitated barium sulfate is produced by mixing barium sulfide solution with glauber’s solution after adding and removing calcium and magnesium at 80℃. After pumping, filtering, washing and pickling, the pH value is adjusted to 5-6, and then filtered, dried and crushed |
